We offer a high-quality, cost-effective office solution that provides a standard package of amenities with optional support services. The standard full-time office package includes telephone service with voicemail and after-hours automated attendant, receptionist, T1 high-speed internet access, mail handling including UPS and FedEx, conference and meeting room usage, kitchen facilities with complimentary coffee and tea service, janitorial service, all utilities including heating and air conditioning, and 24-hour access to the building. Optional services include secretarial services/word processing, database management, photocopying, scanning, audio/visual equipment rental, and website hosting. There are three conference rooms that can accommodate 8-20 people, each with telephone and T1 service. The center also maintains a dedicated “Day Officeâ€, and can be reserved by the hour, day or week. The Koll Center Building offers numerous amenities including a first-floor restaurant, sundry shop, coffee bar, florist and copy center, as well as a 32-foot glass atrium lobby with saltwater aquariums, 7-story covered parking structure, and a first-class athletic club complete with outdoor swimming pool. We are located near an enormous array of restaurants and entertainment possibilities for both you and your clients, all of which are conveniently within walking distance. The world-renowned San Diego Gaslamp District is just minutes away. Our Downtown San Diego facility is located on West Broadway across the street from the Federal and County courthouses and is adjacent to the Santa Fe Depot and downtown trolley station. We are 10 minutes from the San Diego Airport.
