Virtual tenants have 24/7 access to the building with key-less entry. Tenants will enjoy locked, personal mailboxes. The building has an open area in the front lobby available for use at any time. Each work area has network access through Ethernet or WiFi, depending on preference. Tenants can reserve the conference room (w/ built-in projector) for up to 10 hours per month. There is a kitchenette available for use. Parking is on-site and available at no charge to tenants or their customers. The building is across the street from Medical City McKinney Hospital. It is very close to the Collin College Higher Education Center, the Sheraton Inn, and a large variety of restaurants and shopping areas. One month free with 12 month lease.
