The centre is entered through a spectacular glass-covered and tree-lined atrium with a waved-wall effect to the office facades that create an instant 'wow'. Wide windows let in plenty of natural light. The centre is close to many amenities and a short walk from the bay. The area is home to many service-based companies, including corporations specialising in finance, law and property. British Columbia also boasts growing eco-tourism, film and hi-tech industries, and many small businesses. The province is Canada's gateway to the Asia-Pacific region.
