Our Center is a woman-owned business that offers 29 independent offices with two conference rooms, a staffed reception area, kitchen area, and copy/mail/work room. Office rents include heat, air conditioning, electricity and janitorial services, as well as high-speed Internet connection. All offices are also pre-wired for telephone service; tenants have their choice of carriers. Other available services include notary public, word processing and secretarial services, copying/faxing, as well as a full complement of office services such as metered mail service, delivery service accounts, etc., which are charged back on an as-used basis. Offices may be rented with furniture, or tenants may provide their own furniture. CPES offers monthly, six-month or annual leases. Our Ready Room is a fully-outfitted office that can even be rented on an hourly basis. CPES is conveniently located at the convergence of the cities of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Norfolk, Virginia. Situated in a residential neighborhood gives the office a quieter, less stressful atmosphere, in addition to alleviating some of the traffic headaches associated with downtown settings.
