The staff greets visitors, answers phones and pre-screens callers, takes messages, receives and forwards mail, prepares and meters packages for FedEx and UPS shipping, handles catering logistics, and prepares mass mailings. They can assist in photocopying, sending/receiving faxes, and providing secretarial and admin support, including word-processing and spreadsheet preparation.
