- Members can enjoy covered parking, an outdoor lounge, and access the on-site fitness center - Street parking can be found on Chestnut St. - We do have a garage connected to our building, Innovation Square, located on 110 Court Street (take your first left after the building). The door will open with the sensor. Enter the garage and press for a ticket at the gate. Park on any level. When getting to the building, doors will be locked. Press the Help Button for prompts to speak with security to let you into the building. Walkup escalators to the lobby & check in with the security desk. They will provide you with access to our main floor on 24. (please note, the escalators are currently out of use. If you need handicap assistance, please call GM before arrival) - Please make sure to take the ticket with you into the building for validation/comp. - Garage is under construction; please be cautious when entering and leaving while following signs. - Work in the newly renovated Innovation Square, featuring unmatched views of Downtown Rochester with convenient access to local universities, colleges, local breweries, and other venues. - East Side of Building with overhead driveway loop in front of the building. - Cross-Streets: East Broadway Street Chestnut Street - Shuttles to and from Universities - 2 miles HOPR Bike Share - Bus stop across the street - Uber/Lyft/Taxi
